🎯 Objective
Launch the most ambitious finance app in Australia to help Suncorp customers manage their banking, insurance and home in one place.
🙋 ResponsibilitiesDesign delivery lead supporting 10 designers across 3 locations for the new Suncorp app.
As the first designer for the project delivery, I was leading design activities for the initial team, while setting up ways of working and engaging with stakeholders in a complex environment.

As new teams were ramping up, I would onboard and support them, becoming one of the main points of contact for design in a project that involved more than 100 people. -
🎯 Objective
Enable the Australian toll roads Transurban customers to plan their trips and manage their accounts on the go by providing a suite of mobile apps.
🙋 ResponsibilitiesDesign lead for the launch and subsequent releases of the Citylink and Linkt mobile apps on iOS and Android.
I have been managing user research, concept validation, workshops facilitation, app flows and development support across multiple teams, while also improving design maturity in the organisation by introducing research and actively involving internal stakeholders in discovery activities.
